60th Anniversary of Saudi Arabia-Japan

2015 was the year Saudi Arabia and Japan celebrated their 60 years fruitful relationship. The logo I made expresses both countries to celebrate this relationship. The logo is using the two most representative symbols of Saudi Arabia and Japan, palms tree and sakura tree (cherry blossom). The nature of palms tree to be tall so it was matched with number "6" and have the tip acting as leafs.. In contrast, sakura was matched with the roundish zero, having its pinkish flowers blossoming politely from the number. The relationship between both countries is very steady and has been known for being good and friendly. Hence, the logo itself has the cozy feeling to it.
