Panasonic Lightbulb Package Design

In 2015, The Saudi Ministries of Education and of Higher Education merged into one. The newly formed ministry hosted a competition to create a new logo so I applied. The concept I made is a combination of a very deep root for Saudis, which is the palm tree, and a corner stone for education, which is the book. I wanted to express how each student is like a plam plant, requiring the same amount of care. The open book is a symbol for knowledge. Also, the leaves are in a circle shape to represent math, as one of the fundamentals of science. The colors fade in to imply how life is about building upon experiences starting from the base and elevating into a wider vision.
